What are your payment policies?
Sendas Northwest Urgent Care will submit claims to those insurance companies that we are affiliated with on your behalf for payment. Co-payments and Deductible payments are due at the time of your visit. Any claims that are unpaid by your insurance company are ultimately your responsibility.

What if I don't have insurance?
Sendas Northwest Urgent Care offers a reasonably priced medical care for those without medical insurance. We will provide appropriate care while keeping you inform of treatment options and costs. The out of pocket cost of our services will be comparable to most office visits, but much less expensive than emergency department fees for equivalent treatment.

Do I need an appointment to be seen?
Sendas Northwest Urgent Care offers medical care on a walk-in basis. No appointments necessary.

What should I bring with me when I come in to be seen?
Please bring your insurance card, driver's license or photo ID, along with any important medical information.

We treat and protect your insurance information like any other credit card information. We require you to have a valid driver's license, photo ID or credit card to verify that you are the owner of your insurance card/information.
